Reservations, including Wednesday BBQ Night bookings, can be cancelled or changed free of charge at any time before your reservation time by contacting us directly at info@lostcitypizza.com or +855 67 458 350. No payment is taken at the time of booking a table.
Once an online order is placed and confirmed, it is sent directly to our kitchen for preparation. Because food preparation begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lostcitypizza.com or +855 67 458 350 and we will do our best to help.
If your order was not delivered, was significantly incorrect, or a payment was charged in error, contact us within 24 hours and we will review your case. Approved refunds for online card payments are issued back to the original payment method via ABA PayWay and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
