Wood-fired pizza in Siem Reap, made in a handbuilt brick oven fired with local hardwood. Thin-crust, house-made dough, house-made sauces — on the riverside next to the Night Art Market.
Reserve a TableThere's no shortcut to good pizza. It starts with the oven. We built ours by hand — a traditional brick dome oven that reaches over 500°C and holds the kind of dry, radiant heat that turns dough into something worth eating.
We make our dough fresh, ferment it properly, and roll it thin. The sauces are house-made. The toppings are sourced as locally as possible. The result is pizza worth crossing town for, on the riverside in Siem Reap.
We've been doing this since we opened on Riverside Night Market Road, and the approach hasn't changed. No frozen dough, no shortcuts, no compromise on the oven temperature. Just proper wood-fired pizza in Siem Reap.
Handbuilt brick dome, fired with local hardwood. Reaches over 500°C for genuine wood-fired results — blistered crust, fast cook, no compromise.
Made fresh, fermented properly, rolled thin. The base of every good pizza. We don't skip this step.
House-made tomato sauce, quality cheese, locally sourced toppings where possible. Simple ingredients done well.
"Genuinely the best pizza I had in Southeast Asia. The crust from the wood-fired oven is in a different league — perfectly charred, crispy, amazing."
