Our pitmaster smokes the ribs low and slow for hours using local hardwood, developing a deep bark and fall-off-the-bone tenderness that you won't find anywhere else in Siem Reap.
Creamy mashed potato, house coleslaw, and seasonal craft sides made fresh every Wednesday to complement the smoky richness of the BBQ plate.
Wash it all down with cold Cambodian craft beer on tap — the perfect pairing with slow-smoked BBQ on a warm Siem Reap evening.
Set next to the Night Art Market on the Siem Reap River, our open-air terrace offers a relaxed, social atmosphere that makes Wednesday nights genuinely special.
"The ribs were absolutely incredible — best BBQ I've had in Southeast Asia. The riverside setting made it even better."

Yes — BBQ Night is very popular and plates sell out fast. We strongly recommend reserving at least 1–2 days ahead.
Our BBQ Night features slow-smoked ribs with house-made sauces, craft sides like mashed potato and coleslaw, and optional add-ons. Craft beer and drinks are ordered separately.
The BBQ plate itself is meat-focused, but we always have our full wood-fired pizza menu available on Wednesdays for vegetarians and those who want both.
We're on Riverside Night Market Road, right next to the Night Art Market on the east bank of the Siem Reap River — easy to find from the Old Market bridge.
We open at 5pm every Wednesday. BBQ plates are limited, so arriving early or booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your spot.
